The platform behind the partnership
Cloxer RMS connects daily restaurant work. Explore the actual product, then let’s build the right service setup around it.
01 / Sell and serve
Start a dine-in, takeaway or delivery ticket in the POS. Open the floor plan, assign a table or customer, and keep unfinished work available to resume. When the order is ready, collect payment and open its saved bill or receipt.
02 / Welcome every channel
Review incoming website, custom app, Foodpanda and other configured channel orders in one orders area. Staff can accept or reject an order, then follow its operational status alongside other service work.
03 / Prepare with clarity
Route products or categories to configured kitchen stations. Kitchen display profiles set which tickets appear and what details the team sees. Staff update ticket states as work moves through preparation and readiness.
04 / Coordinate guest flow
Manage reservations, waiting lists and guest notes around table availability. For delivery, set zones and fees, assign available riders, print handoff details, update delivery status and reconcile cash on delivery.
05 / Shape what you sell
Organize sellable items into categories and named menus. Set sizes and prices, define modifier choices, and configure promotions. Channel and location availability determines where an item is offered.
06 / Understand what goes in
Create base recipes for prepared components and menu recipes for what each sellable item uses. Record yields, review recipe food cost and plan production. Confirmed sales can consume the linked recipe ingredients.
07 / Keep stock explainable
Track ingredient units, costs, reorder thresholds and location stock. Record receipts, adjustments, waste and physical counts. Finalizing a count records the difference between expected stock and the quantity counted; it does not silently rewrite the ledger.
08 / Buy and receive
Keep supplier details, purchase orders, receiving and supplier invoices connected. Approve an order, record what arrived and retain the invoice alongside the purchasing and stock history.
09 / Support the people on shift
Maintain team members and roles, assign access by branch, and record attendance. Plan shifts, use templates, review leave and manage requests that need a manager's approval.
10 / Keep money traceable
Open a register for a shift, record cash in or out, then close against expected and counted cash. Review payments and refunds, record expenses, and return to the printable closing report and saved receipts.
11 / See beyond the shift
Use the owner dashboard and report catalogue to review sales, profit, stock and branch performance. Finance, food-cost, customer and workforce views bring the underlying restaurant records into focus. Open, export or print reports where available.
12 / Use AI with oversight
Cloxer can generate recommendations, store predictions and compare them with recorded actual results. Suggested operational changes appear as proposed actions: a manager can review, approve and execute them, then see the action history.

Before we begin
A clear partnership starts with a clear understanding of what we’ll build together.
Yes. We can start with your concept and plan the brand, recipes, menu, POS, website or app, operating systems and marketing. We agree the scope and responsibilities with you before work starts.
Yes. Start with the part you need—such as POS, a website, recipe development or marketing—or bring the wider restaurant setup into one engagement.
We design the ordering and operational handoffs around your channels and the Cloxer platform. The exact connections depend on your setup; we confirm integrations and test the agreed workflows before launch.
Recipe and menu development are core services. We can define preparation, portions and yields, then connect recipe records to the operating system so your team has a consistent reference.
Our approach is to automate repeatable work and support decisions. We define human review, exceptions and approval points so your team stays in control of orders, stock and operating actions.
Yes. We can help prepare consistent brand standards, recipes, branch workflows and restaurant systems for expansion. Franchising scope is agreed around your business and any specialist partners required.
We review your stage and service interests, then follow up to understand your restaurant and define the next conversation. An enquiry does not create an account or commit you to a project.
Bring the idea. Bring the ambition.
